TERN has launched the Refugee Venture Fund (RVF), a new fund dedicated to investing in ambitious refugee-led startups across the UK.
Refugee entrepreneurs have the talent, ideas and ambition to build successful businesses, but accessing investment is not always easy. The Refugee Venture Fund aims to help overcome these barriers by providing funding and practical business support.
Successful applicants can receive:
- £25,000 to £100,000 in investment in exchange for a minority share of the business
- 12 months of tailored business coaching
- Access to valuable business networks and support
This opportunity is designed for entrepreneurs with lived experience of forced displacement who are building businesses with high-growth potential in the UK.
Even if you are not seeking investment, there are opportunities to support the fund by sharing this opportunity with your networks or becoming a business adviser.
