The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) has drawn together some experts to answer questions from employers and HR professionals about the new furlough leave so they can decide how best to implement it (if appropriate) in their organisation.
Hear from Andrew Willis, Head of Legal and Advisory for HR-inform, who will give an update on the latest furlough leave guidance released by the government. Andrew will also give an overview of the options available to employers following furlough. Also hear from Jennifer Hillyer, HR Director at Domestic & General, on her experience of implementing furlough leave for her staff and her advice for planning next steps.
The session will also feature David D’Souza, membership director at the CIPD and the session will be hosted by Katie Jacobs, Senior Stakeholder Lead at the CIPD.
