The Coronavirus pandemic has forced the world’s largest working from home experiment. How are you coping with it?

With people across all industries and sectors working from home full-time, now is the perfect time to reflect and rethink how you manage your own home-working experience.

What is the best way to maximise productivity? How can we maintain good physical and mental health? And how can we manage feelings of anxiety during these uncertain and challenging times?

General Assembly London has organised this free online advice session with coach and career expert Hannah Salton. Hannah will walk you through 5 practical strategies of how to look after your wellbeing and motivation if you are working from home due to coronavirus.

The event will be hosted online via Zoom. You will need access to a laptop/tablet/smartphone with a working webcam and microphone, as well as a strong internet connection. Registered participants will be notified in advance of how to log in to the event.
