As the Coronavirus pandemic continues, posing new challenges to the economy and small businesses, the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) is on hand to provide the latest information and guidance on what support and options are available to help get you and your firm through this crisis.

In this latest webinar, the FSB will be looking at employment issues that are facing business owners across the UK. These issues range from the Government Job Retention Scheme, furloughing of staff, what this means for workplace pensions, what are the employer’s legal obligations and payroll issues.

The panel of guests includes Tina McKenzie, a managing director of a recruitment and employment support business, Hannah Thomas of FSB Legal and Sam Baker from FSB Workplace Pensions.

They will also be joined by SGS who specialise in certification in occupational health and safety. They will outline areas you must consider as an employer with regards to mental health and wellbeing and to formalise this with the adoption of ISO 45001.

You can send in your employment questions to the FSB team ahead of the live webinar, by using #FSBhelp on Twitter. Alternatively you can ask a question during the live broadcast.
