As part of the Start Up Wandsworth business support service launched in partnership with the British Library and London Borough of Wandsworth, York Gardens library offers a wide range of services including a free coworking space and paid business lounge membership with fixed desk space, offices, kitchen space, noise cancelling room and bookable meeting room. The free scheme also provides access to expert led workshops, 1000s of business resources and 1:1 business consultations.
The library also offers a hall for hire, ideal for community events, training sessions, fun days and meetings. Can seat up to 150 people cabaret style or 200 theatre style, standing can fit 200 people. Hall costs £64 per hour on the weekend or £54 per hour on weekdays (table and chairs are included in the price, they can also provide a stage free of charge). The adjacent kitchen can be hired for £26 per hour on the weekend or £20.50 per hour on weekdays. The foyer can also be hired for £17.50 per hour.
