InnovationRCA will be running a masterclass on Employment Law on Tuesday 14th February at their start-up incubator in Battersea. The class, to be presented by Nicola O’Dwyer from Herrington Carmichael LLP, will cover the key aspects of Employment Contracts, including legal requirements, recommended clauses and the ramifications of failing to provide one. It is important for founders of start-up companies to familiarise themselves with these important issues, since they underpin your ability to build your team and grow your business.
