Peabody’s affordable workspace is located on the ground floor of the New Mansion Square development in Battersea. The site is expected to open in October 2023 and they’re looking for creative businesses that have a connection to Wandsworth to become their first tenants.
New Mansion Square offers 12 self-contained workspace units where local businesses can build, make and create alongside like-minded entrepreneurs and startups. The units range from 344 sq ft (32 sq metres) to 1,345 sq ft (125 sq metres) and each space comes complete with a kitchen and street frontage and opens out onto a newly landscaped square. The development also has an Enterprise and Tech Hub – a co-working space with desks, meeting rooms and a podcast studio – and a dedicated community manager. The desks can be rented on a rolling monthly contract. Each organisation will benefit from dedicated on-site business support and networking opportunities provided by Peabody.
