Viv Groskop presents a dynamic guide to owning your ambition – without having to become someone you don’t want to be. In this masterclass, she will show you how to balance ambition and compassion and reveal how women can strive for personal success while trying to help – or ‘lift’ – others along the way.
She will examine what sisterhood looks like today and asks what you can do to make things better for other women – crucially, how to do that without disadvantaging yourself. This session is the ultimate confidence booster for women who want to plan a career in a fast-moving world, without leaving anyone else behind. And it will address one of the biggest issues women face in the workplace: how to be ambitious without losing your sense of self.
Nothing compares to the advice from someone who has ‘been there, done that’. In this session, Lu shares her top tips for thriving as an entrepreneur, and draws on the knowledge gained from interviewing 66 other successful women about their journey to the top.
