When you run a business, it’s crucial to ensure it doesn’t start running you. Working in the business is important, but working on the business is too!
With so much change happening, as a business leader you need to identify, prioritise and address challenges, to envision what to aim for, to decide what to keep and what to change. This session will give you some time, space and structure to consider some important questions:
• How will the market-place change and how do I adapt to those changes?
• How will customer expectations and behaviours change and how can I best serve them?
• How will my staff needs and expectations change?
• How can I adapt my approach to re-build a team/business that can survive and thrive in the new normal?
• How do I look after my own energy to bring my “best self” to the business?
In this online workshop, you will be supported to start working on answering these questions, including applying a framework to the market and your business as well as another mental model to yourself and your staff needs so that you can make build a better plan to adapt to the changing world and market-place you serve.
By the end of the session, you will have more clarity about how you want to steer your business with more inspiration, focus and energy. Joining details will be sent before the event. Book your free place here
Participants will have the opportunity to win a FREE 1:1 coaching session after the event.

As a small business owner, it can be challenging to get unbiased, confidential, non-judgmental support to help you think things through calmly without someone trying to push you one way or another. Coaching for individuals and teams is very powerful to help more clearly identify and crystallise goals, challenges and opportunities – as well as supporting you to make sure you’re running your business, rather than it running you!
