Vendors Wanted for Black History Month Markets
Wandsworth Council’s business team are looking for vendors to take part in two Black History Month markets this October.
African-Caribbean pop-up food market at Balham Community Space
Saturday 8th October
On 8th October we are running a pop-up food market in Balham, as part of Black History Month. This is a culinary celebration of the diverse background of black chefs/cooks in our borough.
We are seeking hot food vendor of African-Caribbean backgrounds who would like the chance to sell authentic African or Caribbean food to new customers.
Vendor fee is £25 for the day.
Spaces are limited (6 max.). If you would like to take part in this one day food festival, please fill out this Registration Form and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org by Wednesday 28th September.
Pop-up market at Southside Shopping Centre
Friday 14th – Sunday 23rd October
The pop-up market, which takes place at Southside Friday 14th – Sunday 23rd October, is a celebration of black-owned businesses and a great opportunity for African and Caribbean business owners to:
– Showcase their wares
– Access new audiences and customers
– Create further awareness of their brand
– Connect with fellow entrepreneurs
Wandsworth Council’s Enterprise team is currently seeking businesses to take part in the market.
Vendor fees range from £16-£25 per day (depending on the number of days).
